Role & Responsibility:
Attending the Service Desk Calls
Not specific to any one customer.
Any call landing on Service desk need to be attended
Engineers to be routed and assigned accordingly
Call monitoring
Call closure to be updated.
Measurement of desired SLA (Customer Wise)
Preparation of MIS
Escalation Matrix to follow
Feedback from Corporate customer on call closures.
* Good communication & Pleasant Look
Can join immedidiately
Qualification: Any Graduate
Working Time:
9 hours working duration
mostly in second shift till 10:00 pm
Salary: 14,000 to 18,000 p/m
